《 Part 1 Topic

— Old buildings —

Q1: Have you ever seen some old buildings in your city?

Yeah, I have seen some old buildings in my city. There's this one old church downtown. It's been there for over a hundred years. The bricks are all worn and the windows have these pretty colored glass. It's really different from the new buildings with all the glass and steel. I like looking at the old ones because they have a lot of history.

Q2: Do you think we should keep old buildings in cities?

I think we should keep old buildings in cities. They're like pieces of history. They show us how things used to be. Plus, they can look really nice and add character to a city. New buildings are great too, but old ones give a special feel. It's good to have a mix so we don't forget the past.

Q3: Do you prefer living in an old building or a modern house?

I prefer living in a modern house. Old buildings can be charming, but modern houses have lots of good things. They're usually more comfortable with better heating and cooling. The kitchens are nicer for cooking, and there's more space. Plus, they're built with new materials that are safer. But I do like visiting old buildings to see their style.
